At Gepard Wear, damaged or misprinted items can be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims for lost packages are accepted within 3 days of estimated arrival. We don't give refunds for buyer regret. Face masks and customized items are non-returnable. Please contact us before returning any product.

For a complete resolution, report any damaged or incorrect Gepard Wear orders within three days of delivery. Packages returned due to address errors or refusal may incur reshipping costs. Customized apparel and opened hygiene items are not eligible for return or exchange.
